Clickable Smilies??

Is anyone else here having a problem with the "show all" link of the clickable smilies box when posting?? We have one member that when she clicks "show all" an error screen shows up. But everything else works for her. She has checked her browser settings and I have checked the settings for the forum. They work for me and haven't had any complaints elsewhere, and have seen other members using the smilies not listed until you click show all.

I get them using the default skin, but not on all skins.
