Topics: We will be going over the by laws and voting for board members. Also answering any questions people have about how MCBA runs their shows.I have a show manual. We will be filling out and signing up people for membership if you are not already a member. We will also be discussing ideas for the chapter and events. Ways to make money for the chapter, future meetings, first show time line and locations. Please bring all your ideas with you so we can hear everyone out.. I will have my animals available if anyone has animal questions.

Food: I am looking to have everyone sign up to bring something so we can have a potluck. As ya'll know its plenty warm here in the south so we are looking to do like sandwiches and cold plate stuff..

Hotels and lodging: I am just going to give a list of hotels close to my house. there isnt going to be enough over night people for me to reserve a block of rooms. I also have floor space available to those that just want to bring a sleeping bag.. Here are some hotels

Thanks amanda... Some of them are pretty spendy and thats why I didnt list them and I tried to list just what was close to the house... If every one can let me know that they are coming I would appreciate an RSVP so I know how many chairs to expect... thanks

All of those except for the last two are on 190 or WS Young, so they are close by. I went in to put standard prices ... if you wait till last minute to book they may rise.

I am still going to try to make it out. My husband will be at Ft Hood TDY then so I would have a hotel. LOL! It just depends on how our move times out.

As of right now I am still on for it!! I have to do driving training one weekend in July so I am trying to make sure it isnt that one!

I got my paperwork the other day that says I am now MCLC!!! Put it on your ranch brand page Kat! Any of yall that have my chins, be sure to put the M on your pedigree!

This meeting has been cancelled.. There as not enough people for sure attending.. We will maybe try to get something together in the future...

Im going to look into when they next time is that we can submit the letter for our chapter to be formed and I will see about us having a small meeting prior to that and see what we can come up with.. Im just going to warn everyone ahead of time that I am going to be slammed this year with showing.. So I will need to get some soild people that are serious about attending... thanks
