Dusty is going to be neutred next month and our vet says he has to stay over night :bigcry: we have never allowed him out of our home without us.why doe's he have stay over night? is the surgry ok for him i dont agree of this but i dont want him to start spraying our house.i am to be up all night thinking of him because he is our baby boy.

This is just a precaution. While neutering is a common practice, there can be complications and they usually show up within the first 24 hours. The vets can detect something wrong with you cat a lot faster then you or I could so they like to keep them.
